FG Assures: NCAT's Equipment to Remain in Zaria, No Relocation Planned

The Federal Government has no intention of relocating Fire simulator and other training  equipment belongingness to Nigerian Collection of Aviation Technology (NCAT), zaria to any other place as it was speculated 

The Minister of Aviation and Aerospace Development, Barr Festus Keyemo has said he visited the College on Wednesday, adding that it was a mere romour by mischief makers 

The Minister maintained that there is no plan to relocate fire simulator and training equipment from NCAT because is for training and there is no place to use the Simulator that the NCAT.

According to him, the College was the best training center in the whole of Africa and ICAO center of excellence.

He said, is proudly managed by a highly experienced instructors and technical staff which make Aviation industry in Nigeria a successful in that direction.

Speaking the purchase of Zaria Hotel by the College  the Minister said it was done out of the need of more hostel and Classrooms  accommodations  for students as the facility was neighbourhood to.the college  

Keyamo added that, by the time they renovated the Hotel to their standard it would l give the College more opportunity to train more personnel for Aviation industry for Nigeria and beyond.

He therefore commended the Management, technical staff and the entire staff of the College for their untiring service interest of the College progress.

"By this proved that you truely  patriotic Nigerians because you choose to remain in the College to serve than leaving  the Country for better pay abroad." The Minister said
