Governor Abdullahi Sule of Nasarawa state has received Nigeria COVID-19 Action Recovery and Economic Stimulus (NG-CARES) State Coordinator and his supporting team.
Dahiru Umar Ibrahim led the program coordinators across the three platforms of the World Bank-sponsored Pro-poor programs, namely: Fadama Platform, CSDA Platform, and Cash Transfer Platform.
They were at the Government House to present awards won by Nasarawa State, including:
1. Best Performing State in the Country
2. Best Performing State in the North Central Region
The awards were conferred after a routine independent verification assessment. The awards brought ₦13.6 billion to the state for observing due diligence on the part of the state NG-CARES team."
