Governor Abdullahi sule of Nasarawa state has condoled the family and Associates of renowned Islamic scholar Malam Hassan Kukan Bisa Lafia over his demise.
This was contained in a condolence message signed by Special Adviser to Governor Abdullahi sule, on Media and Publicity Doctor Nawani Aboki and copy made available toTrumpet in Lafia.
Governor Sule said Malam Hassan has contributed immensely in the propagation of Islam over the years during his life time and will not easily be forgotten for what he has done to Islam in the state and country at large.
He described the renowned Islamic scholar as peacemaker, philanthropist and mentor of other Islamic scholars in the state, adding that the death of Malam Hassan is a great lost not only to the family,state and Nigeria as a whole.
Governor Sule, also called on the family to take his demise as an act of God Almighty while every mortal will be tested death at anytime.
He prayed may Allah to grant him aljannatul firdausi and other departed souls.
