The immediate past Speaker of the Nasarawa State House of Assembly Alh Ibrahim Balarabe Abdullahi has today Sunday visited his home town Umaisha to condoled with the Ohimege Opanda HRH Alh Usman Abdullahi over the demise of Alh Aliyu Maigoro the Katukan Opanda.
Balarabe Abdullahi also visited the family of the deceased to sympathized with the them over the death of the elder statesman in the area.
The Former Speaker who was received at the palace by the First Class Traditional Ruler enjoined the Royal Father to see the death of one of his title holders as an act of God who gives life and take at his own will.
Balarabe Abdullahi said late Aliyu Maigoro has leaved a life worthy of emulation and prayed God to forgive him of his shortcomings and grant him Aljanatul firdausi.
The Ohimege Opanda HRH Alh Usman Abdullahi thanked the Former Speaker for identifying with him and the people over the loss and prayed God to reward him accordingly.
It was reported that the people of the area on hearing the news of the arrival of the their son Balarabe Abdullahi came out in their large numbers and gave him an unprecedented welcome.
The Former Speaker who addressed the Mahmoud crowd in the front of his residence urged them to remain calm, be law abiding and continue to pray and support the government of APC at all levels and remain committed to the ideals and philosophy of Governor Abdullahi Sule whom he said has passion and good intention for the people.
During the visit it gathered that Balarabe Abdullahi was accompanied by the Executive Chairman Toto LG Abdullahi Aliyu Tashas and the APC Chairman of the LGA.
