The Majority Leader, Nasarawa State House of Assembly, Hon. Muhammed Adamu Omadefu, has said that the members of the 7th assembly are committed to effective legislation, peace and progress of the State.
Omadefu (APC Keana) who is in Abuja attending a Two Days Conference of Majority Leaders of State Houses of Assembly said the Nasarawa Assembly is poised to peace, unity and progress of the state.
He said the 7th assembly in Nasarawa State was committed to surpass the records of the previous assemblies in the State.
The Majority Leader re-assured of the House commitment to enhance synergy with the other arms of government for effective governance and speedy development of the State.
Hon. Omadefu called on the citizens of the State to have faith in the state assembly in its quest to make laws and pass good resolutions that will have direct bearing on the lives of the people of the State.
He also called on the people of the state to support the present administration of Gov. Abdullahi Sule to succeed.
