General Alli's Passing Leaves Egbira Nation in Mourning, Ohimege Opanda Mourns the Colossal Loss

The First Class Traditional Ruler of Egbira people in Nasarawa State, the Ohimege Opanda, Umaisha HRH Alh Usman Abdullahi has expressed shock over the death of one of the illustrious sons of Egbira people, the former Chief of Army Staff General Muhammed Chris Alli. 

The Monarch and Chairman, Toto LG Traditional Council of Chiefs while reacting to the death of General Chris Alli said he received the news with great shock describing his exit as colossal, painful and a big blow to entire Egbira people. 

Ohimege Opanda said the passing on of the Retired General and Chairman Ohiku - Egbira Descendants Union has created a huge vacuum in Egbira Nation. 

While praying God to forgive his shortcomings and reward his good deeds with paradise, the traditional ruler called on all to accept his death as an act of God and continue to pray for him. 

The First Class Monarch HRH Alh Usman Abdullahi condoled with the family, Egbira Nation and the Country at large over what he described as an exit of a great soldier who has made sacrifices and built a high reputation for himself.
