The Nasarawa State APC governorship flag bearer, Senator Ahmed Aliyu Wadada, has charged his supporters across political party lines to intensify grassroots mobilisation and continue telling the people of the state that Wadada will be governor in 2027.
Wadada made the call at the APC North-Central mega rally held at Lafia Square, the capital of Nasarawa State, where party leaders and supporters gathered to demonstrate solidarity with President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and other APC candidates.
He urged his supporters to take the message of his governorship ambition to every community across the state, stressing the need for sustained engagement with the electorate ahead of the 2027 general elections.
The APC governorship candidate also called on the people of Nasarawa State to support President Tinubu for a second term, citing what he described as the President’s commitment to the development of the state.
Wadada listed projects and initiatives, including the establishment of the Federal University of Applied Sciences in the Keffi–Nasarawa area and the development of a lithium processing company, among other federal interventions, as reasons the people should consider supporting the President’s re-election bid.
He maintained that the projects demonstrated the importance of continued collaboration between the Federal Government and Nasarawa State in promoting development and improving the welfare of citizens.
The mega rally attracted APC leaders, stakeholders and supporters from across the North-Central geopolitical zone as the party intensified its political mobilisation ahead of the 2027 elections.
