The Honourable Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice in Nasarawa State, Barrister Isaac Danladi, has expressed deep sorrow over the death of Mallam Rabiu Nunku, father of a staff member of the Ministry of Justice, Barrister Nafisatu Mohammed Adamu.
The Attorney General, who was represented by a high-powered delegation from the State Ministry of Justice, visited Nunku community to commiserate with the bereaved family.
The delegation was led by the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP), Barrister Justina Allu.
While delivering the condolence message, the Director of Administration and Supplies (DAS) of the Ministry, Suleiman A. Mohammed, conveyed the heartfelt sympathies of the Honourable Commissioner, the Permanent Secretary, management, and staff of the Ministry of Justice to Barrister Nafisatu Mohammed Adamu over the painful loss of her father.
He described the late Mallam Rabiu Nunku as a respected community member whose life was marked by humility and service, and prayed Almighty Allah to forgive his shortcomings and grant him Aljannatul Firdaus. He also prayed for God to grant the family the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss.
Responding on behalf of the family, the younger brother of the deceased, Mallam Muhammad Nunku, expressed profound appreciation to the Attorney General and the entire Ministry of Justice for the show of love, concern, and solidarity.
He thanked the delegation for taking time to identify with the family during their moment of grief and prayed for God’s blessings upon them all.
