It was a day to remember in Lafia the Nasarawa State Capital as Architect Shehu Ahmed Tukur FNIA Sarkin Fadan Keffi, 2027 APC Gubernatorial Aspirant 2027, and his entourage thronged the historic Zauren Malam Maina in the heart of Lafia for Wedding fatiha of the Daughter of ASAT Vanguard Director General Alh Abdullahi Yammani.
An event which is supposed to be simple and spiritual but was turned into a big moment when the attendees sighted the most humbled and qualified Guber Aspirant making a grand entrance to the venue.
Arc. Tukur who was accompanied by a massive crowd including popular political drummers known as "Yan Kuge" was besieged by the people who all cherished and admired him as the awaiting and deserving successor of Governor Abdullahi Sule Come 2027 Election.
When the news of the arrival of Architect Shehu Ahmed Tukur was broke out, the entire street of Lungun Ungwan Maina was filled to capacity with both men and women as well as young and the old trying to catch up with the glimpse of the man they believe is the right man for the job as he waved his hands acknowledging their support and love with a sparkle and glittering smiles.
Inside the main Zauren Of Malam Maina venue of the wedding between Hajara Abdullahi and her hearthrob Ahmed Tijjani was a gathering of stakeholders, businessmen, title holders and politicians all stood up to accorded respect and honour to the man of the moment.
A reknown islamic scholar in Lafia Malam Bala Murshit who led other clerics in presiding over the wedding acknowledged Sarkin Fadan Keffi as the representative of the bride.
In fulfillment of all the marriage rights including the payment of 200 thousand Naira dowry in accordance with Islamic teachings, Malam Bala pronounced Ahmed Tijjani and Hajara Abdullahi Yammani as husband and wife.
The wedding was also attended by ASAT Vanguard family in solidarity of the capacity and humble DG Alh Abdullahi Yammani.
Speaking to newsmen shortly after the wedding fatiha, Architect Shehu Ahmed Tukur advised the couple to uphold the sanctity of marriage for a peaceful and everlasting marital life.
" I want to say Alhamdulillah for witnessing this day I want the couple to know that marriage is not a bed of roses therefore they must respect and tolerate each other most importantly patience should be there watchword. I wished them a very happy marriage life.... Sarkin Fadan Keffi.
For the bride father and DG ASAT Vanguard Alh Abdullahi Yammani it was a dream come true as he give thanks to Allah for making it possible to send off his daughter hajara into marriage institution just as he appreciated his principal Architect Shehu Ahmed Tukur and all that came to identify with his family on the joyous moment.
Members of the ASAT Vanguard who spoke to NBS news to include the Secretary Abu Zaid, Alh Kasimu Abdullahi and Alh Dadda'u Ta'al all wished the couple a conjugal bliss.
