Residents of Karu Local Government Area have expressed optimism following the election of Danladi Isaac as the new chairman.
Speaking to our correspondent, many locals voiced their hope for a transformative era under his leadership, believing that his election signals a fresh start for the community.
"This is the beginning of a new dawn for our local government," one resident said. "We believe Danladi Isaac’s leadership will bring about the changes we’ve been waiting for, especially in areas like infrastructure, healthcare, and education."
Other residents echoed similar sentiments, noting that Isaac's vision for development has already sparked excitement across the community.
"We’re ready to work with him to ensure Karu thrives and becomes a model for other local governments," another local confirmed during the interview.
The community is hopeful that Isaac’s leadership will tackle long-standing issues and foster economic growth in the area.
