AG Danladi Urges Kurape Leaders to Support Govt, Shun Ethnic, Religious Politics

General and Commissioner for Justice, Hon. Isaac Danladi, Esq., has called on traditional leaders and youths in Kurape community to support government policies and programmes and shun the politics of religion and ethnicity.
Danladi made the call when he received traditional leaders from Kurape, led by the H.R.H. Rev. Caleb Tukura, during a courtesy visit.
The traditional leaders expressed appreciation to the Attorney General for his contributions to the development and welfare of the people of Kurape and the wider Karu Local Government Area.
They also pledged their continued support and cooperation with the administration of the day, assuring the commissioner of their commitment to promoting peace and development in the community.
Responding, Danladi welcomed the traditional leaders and expressed appreciation for the cordial relationship between him and the palace.
He said the best way to appreciate and support the government was to identify with its policies, programmes and activities aimed at improving the lives of the people.
The Attorney General urged the traditional leaders to continue engaging and advising youths in Kurape, particularly on the need to support government efforts rather than remain in opposition.
He also appealed to the people to shun politics based on religion and ethnicity, stressing the importance of unity, peaceful coexistence and collective commitment to community development.
Danladi urged the traditional leaders to continue working in the interest of the government and the community, assuring them of his commitment to maintaining the existing relationship with the palace and supporting initiatives that promote development.
