Nasarawa Youth Opportunity Summit 2026 Honours AG Isaac Danladi as “Icon of Justice”
Attorney General represented at event as stakeholders applaud justice sector reforms

The Nasarawa Youth Opportunity Summit 2026 has conferred the prestigious “Icon of Justice” award on the Nasarawa State Honourable Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice, Barr. Isaac Danladi, in recognition of his outstanding contributions to the administration of justice in the state.
The award was received on his behalf by his Personal Assistant, Zhiwomi Iyakwari, at the event which took place at the Ministry of Local Government, Community Development and Chieftaincy Affairs.
Organisers of the summit said the honour was in acknowledgement of Barr. Danladi’s impactful reforms within the Ministry of Justice, his commitment to upholding the rule of law, and efforts geared towards improving access to justice, especially for young people and vulnerable groups.
They further noted that his leadership has strengthened public confidence in the justice system while encouraging youth participation in governance and civic engagement.
In his remarks, delivered through his representative, Barr. Danladi expressed appreciation to the organisers for the recognition, describing the award as a motivation to sustain ongoing reforms and improve justice delivery across the state.
The Nasarawa Youth Opportunity Summit, an annual platform focused on youth empowerment, leadership, and innovation, attracted participants from government institutions, civil society organisations, and the private sector.
Stakeholders at the event commended the Attorney General for his professionalism, integrity, and unwavering dedication to justice, describing him as a worthy recipient of the “Icon of Justice” award.
