Free Medical Services Boost Wellbeing As Agbashi Celebrates Cultural Renaissance

Over 200 less privileged individuals in Agbashi community, Ekye Area Administrative Council, have  received free medical services to boost health care service delivery in the area.

The medical outreach which took place on Saturday, December 27th, 2025 was courtesy Lt. Col. Abraham Isaiah Ose, a prominent son of the community and holder of the prestigious title of Anosapu of Agbashi.
The event was part of the annual Anosapu Family Race and Free Medical Outreach, held at the Pilot Primary School Agbashi. 

Representing Lt. Col. Ose, Chairman of the event planning committee, Mr. God'spower Ede, explained that the gesture aimed to provide succor to underprivileged individuals, offering them a sense of belonging. 
Lt. Col. Ose assured the community of continued interventions in various aspects of life, urging everyone to continue supporting the initiative.

The medical outreach featured comprehensive medical examinations, testing, and provision of essential drugs by a team of medical professionals.

Beneficiaries appreciated Lt. Col. Ose for the intervention, calling on other well-to-do individuals to support the initiative. 
The twin event also featured the Agbashi Family Race, with representatives from nine Royal families and 15 non-Royal families competing in a marathon that showcased their knowledge of the community's history.
Trophies and medals were presented to deserving winners, marking a significant milestone in preserving the community's rich history, culture, and traditions.
