Residents of Doma Local Government Area have received a significant relief as Ambassador Henry Omaku, FCIM, and Chief of Protocol to the First Lady of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Senator Oluremi Tinubu, CON, has donated ₦2.2 million for the immediate repair of the faulty Ene Transformer along the New Jumma’at Mosque, Lafia Road, Doma.

The transformer, which recently developed a major fault, had plunged the area into prolonged darkness, affecting homes, commercial activities, worship centres, and essential services.

Repair work on the transformer is expected to commence immediately to ensure quick restoration of electricity to the affected areas.
