The Atyap Youths Wing Zaria chapter has dissociated itself from calls to stage a national protest against Federal Government Policies alleging that some of those calls are sponsored from people that are against government economic reform policies.
The Group Chairman in Zaria, Comrade TACHIO Boman stated this in Zaria while speaking to newsmen shortly after it's emergency meeting to the way forward for the organization.
Tachio Boman who accused some individuals of being sponsored to support the planned protest called on security operatives to closely monitor and investigate any individual or group with ulterior motive on the issue attributing it to lack of patriotism.
He called on their members to shun the protest, while calling on the security agencies to make sure law and order was maintained and hold those responsible for any breach of public peace or chaos capable of sabotaging economic activities in the country.
According to him, Atyap Youths stakeholders in Zaria have resolved to remain a law abiding and respect any means of dialogue with Government for an amicable resolution unconditionally.
He said, Atyap Youths would continue to respect the constituted Authority and hoped that government would do the needful before the day of the planned protest.
