The Executive Chairman of Toto Local Government Council, Honourable Abdullahi Aliyu Tashas, has addressed recent rumors circulating on social media regarding the proposed contract for the construction of a bypass road in Toto Town.
In his statement, Honourable Tashas clarified that Governor Abdullahi Sule, has approved the construction of three township roads within the local government area.
The roads, located in the districts of Gadabuke, Toto, and Umaisha, are part of a broader initiative to modernize the urban centers in the region.
Honourable Tashas expressed his gratitude to Governor Sule for this significant development, emphasizing that the approval aligns with the local government’s aspirations for creating modern urban centers in Toto.
He reassured the citizens that the necessary steps have been taken, with target roads already submitted for approval and further action.
